UW-Green Bay

Since 2006, Camp Lloyd has offered a week-long, day camp experience for children grieving the loss of a loved one. Held on the UW-Green Bay campus, the camp is filled with fun activities including arts, crafts, music, games and hiking. It is a safe environment for campers to explore their own experiences of grief, find support from each other and realize that their feelings are normal. The Camp Lloyd staff consists of professional grief counselors and trained student interns from the UW-Green Bay. Note: Returning campers who have attended Camp Lloyd for two or more years will be accepted into the program on a case-by-case basis.
